Christine

Dental Hygienist

I love working with patients of all ages and especially enjoy helping those with dental anxiety or those who have had limited access to dental care.

I have a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene and have been with Woodview Dental Clinic since 2006. Everyone here shares a deep compassion for our patients. We want each patient to know we care and are here to help them achieve optimal dental health, gently and carefully.

In my spare time I enjoy reading, hiking, playing the piano, painting, and animal care. I love time with my two sons, granddaughter, and my dog and three cats.

Nancy

Dental Hygienist

I value having close relationships with many of the patients I have seen and cared for over the past 45 years.

I have an Associate of Science degree from Mankato State University and have worked in the dental field since 1973. In 1989, I joined Woodview Dental Clinic. It is rewarding to work with a team that is committed to the professional and personal care of our patients.

My three favorite things are my family, my friends, and the Minnesota Vikings.

Sharon

Dental Hygienist

I enjoy visiting with our patients and catching up on their latest news.

I have been part of the dental field since 1977, attended Marquette University, and joined Woodview Dental Clinic in 2002. It is fulfilling to work with doctors and teammates who share the common goal of providing the best dentistry and dental experiences to our patients.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.

Julie

Certified, Licensed Restorative Functions Dental Assistant

I like getting to know our patients and their families. It’s fun to learn about their lives and interests and I think our conversations help develop rapport and trust.

I completed a one-year program at SCTC, MSU Dental Hygiene Department for Expanded Functions and have been with Woodview Dental Clinic since 1988. Being part of this office is being part of a family. We all support each other in order to provide the best care to our patients and their families.

I have been married for 40 years and have two grown children and six grandchildren. I also keep busy as a community volunteer.

Katlyn

Certified, Licensed Dental Assistant

I enjoy the variety of my job. Working in dentistry means no two days are ever the same, as each patient and every procedure is different.

I graduated from South Central College with an Associate’s degree in Dental Assisting and joined Woodview Dental Clinic in 2016. This is a great dental office with an incredible team. We are all reaching for the same goal every day: healthy, beautiful smiles.

In my spare time, I enjoy being with my family and keeping busy with crafting and cooking projects.

Natalie

Licensed Restorative Functions Dental Assistant

The best part of working in a general dental office is the variety of procedures and patients we see. It is a rewarding challenge to help patients young and old work through dental anxiety.

I graduated from the Dental Assisting program at South Central College in 2008. I also completed the Minnesota Dental Board-approved Restorative Expanded Functions program at the University of Minnesota in 2013. I have been part of Woodview Dental Clinic since 2008 and appreciate and love working with this team. They are wonderful people who care about each other and our patients.

In my spare time I enjoy being with friends and family. The quiet time at sunrise is my favorite part of the day – and I love my morning coffee. I love to travel to the mountains and the oceans, and explore nature. While I appreciate the four seasons, the hot summer sun is my favorite.

Elizabeth

Dental Assistant, Administrative

I appreciate the chance to interact with and build friendships with our patients. I enjoy helping with a variety of procedures throughout the day. Keeping patients comfortable and relaxed is very important to me.

I began my career as a dental assistant in 2011. I attended Minnesota State University, Mankato and South Central College where I received an Associate's Degree in Dental Assisting. I joined Woodview Dental Clinic in 2012. We all work together to make sure our patient's needs are met.

My free time is spent with my husband Craig and our two boys, Bryce and Logan. We live on a farm where we raise bison, pigs, chickens, and laying hens.

Lynne “Tork”

Certified, Licensed Dental Assistant

I enjoy being a dental assistant because of the variety of procedures and patients that come with each day. Procedures vary depending on the patient's age and dental situation. It is a good feeling to know at the end of the day that you did your best to make a difference for someone.

I attended Hennepin Technical College in Minneapolis and started my career at Woodview Dental Clinic in 2000. I enjoy working with the doctors and the rest of the dental team because we all have the same mission in mind: keeping our patients healthy and comfortable. It is a feeling of stability when working toward a common goal, respecting each other as you do it.

I live in Sleepy Eye with my husband Logan and our daughter Eva. I enjoy flower gardening and watching our young daughter grow and all of the fun activities that are included with it.

Sue

Licensed Dental Assistant, Administrative

I like helping and working with people and enjoy how each day and every procedure is unique.

I started in the field in 2000, working as a Dental Lab Technician. I attended South Central Technical College, where I received an AAS degree, became a Licensed Dental Assistant in 2003, and joined Woodview Dental Clinic in 2011. My coworkers and our doctors feel like family. They are all good people and make the days enjoyable.

Much of my free time is spent with friends and family. Al is my husband and I have two sons, Alex and Adam, and two Boston Terriers, Oscar and Spencer, too. Outdoor activities are my favorites, especially walking, biking, and flower gardening.

Kayla

Administrative, Dental Hygienist

I love caring for patients and how each person’s visit is different from the person before and the one after them. Each needs a different care approach for their concerns, so I constantly have to think and adjust my approach.

I have a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from MSU-Mankato and started working in the field in 2010. In 2012 I was lucky to join the team at Woodview Dental Clinic. We are all committed to the same goal: the dental and overall health of our patients.

My husband and I stay very busy outside of our work hours with our two daughters and their many activities. In our spare time, we enjoy traveling and love being outside.

Darlene

Administrative

Over the last 32 years of working at Woodview Dental Clinic, my favorite part is seeing all the familiar faces and visiting with everyone.

I started in the dental field in 1969 as an assistant and joined this office in 1986. Ours is a fun group of dental professionals and we all want the best for our patients. We really care about them as people and consider them to be part of our extended family.

My husband and I have four children and eight grandkids. We have a lake home and enjoy being there with our family: we love our time together.
